We are not responsible for any packages that show delivered on tracking status that buyer claims did not deliver. We can not control packages being delayed by USPS, UPS, or FedEX. If you purchase priority mail or express guaranteed shipping to guarantee on time arrival and the item is delayed by shipping carrier, we will waive our no return policy and accept a return, prepaid by our company, and issue you a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the product.
