My shopping cart covers are DELUXE.
My covers are plush and have a 2 sheets of plush batting. Your child will be sitting in comfort! Seat belt is included with cover. Pockets in back of cover for keys, cell phones, toys, etc.
I have a ton of fabrics to choose from. Please feel free to message me with custom requests. For this particular cover, you can change the minky outside border of this cover to any of our minky fabrics shown in photo 5
Although these covers are plush, they work great as high chair covers also! I used mine with both my kids and the extra padding in the cover actually helped my kids sit up straight and provided more support.
This cover will fit Costco or Target or any other larger store shopping carts.

There is a 2 day (48 hour max) window for order cancellation from the date the order is placed. After 2 days, if you contact us to cancel your order, there is a 15% cancellation / restocking fee.
We ship packages USPS, UPS, or FedEx with delivery confirmation. You will be able to track your package the minute it ships. We are not responsible for any packages that show delivered on tracking status that buyer claims did not deliver. We can not control packages being delayed by USPS, UPS, or FedEX. If you purchase priority mail or express guaranteed shipping to guarantee on time arrival and the item is delayed by shipping carrier, we will waive our no return policy and accept a return, prepaid by our company, and issue you a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the product.
